Eloïse Holdship PsyD
Dr. Eloïse Holdship is a licensed psychologist based in Portland, Oregon. She holds a master's and doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from Pacific University School of Professional Psychology.
Dr. Holdship completed her clinical training in several secure psychiatric and forensic settings including Oregon and Wyoming State Hospitals, an outpatient sex offender treatment center, and private forensic practice. After earning her doctorate, Dr. Holdship fulfilled her forensic-focused residency with Dr. Linda Grounds in Portland, Oregon. Subsequently, Dr. Holdship expanded her forensic experience working as a Correctional Counselor at Multnomah County Inverness Jail, where she implemented a women's Trauma Recovery and Empowerment group in addition to providing program curriculum to the Protective Custody and MCJRP dorms. Her continued work with the County as a Mental Health Consultant has provided her with a broad knowledge of accessible community mental health treatment resources for individuals with Severe and Persistent Mental Illness within the Portland Metro Area.

Currently, Dr. Holdship conducts evaluations of adult defendants including GEI, Competency/Aid & Assist, Diminished Capacity/Mental Status, and Sentencing Mitigation for state and federal legal cases. She also provides consultation on psycholegal topics, trauma, and community mental health resources.
